Dr. Sisco has been working in Higher Education for 15 years. In addition to her work as Associate Director for Financial Aid systems and Director of Financial Aid, she has worked as an analyst in Institutional Research and in Technology Services. She specializes in financial aid systems, financial aid data analysis and reporting. Dr. Sisco is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, focusing in workforce development education. She also has a MA from Arkansas Tech University, with focus in College Student Personnel, and a BA from the University of Central Arkansas. She has advanced technical knowledge of Banner and Colleague systems along with working knowledge of other student and financial aid processing systems. She has implemented strategies for automation of financial aid processing, streamlined new aid year setup, and best practices for financial aid offices.
