Paul Gilroy, Ph.D., Founder and President – Dr. Gilroy has an earned Ph.D. from the University of Texas and a M.Ed. and Baccalaureate degrees from Rutgers University. read more…He has been in the financial aid and student services industry for over 40 years. He has held positions as Assistant, Associate and Director of Financial Aid, as well as, Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management. Dr. Gilroy has extensive experience in technical systems (i.e. Banner, PeopleSoft, Datatel Colleague, and PowerFAIDS), policy writing and interpretation as well as managing large university departments.

Summer Scott, MEd, VP of Operations – Mrs. Scott has a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Loyola University which is located in Chicago, IL. read more… She has a BA in History from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. She has been in the financial aid and student services industry for over 18 years and held positions as counselor, Assistant Director and Associate Director. Mrs. Scott has extensive technical knowledge of Banner, PeopleSoft, and Datatel Colleague. She has written a number of policy and procedure manuals and training manuals for various clients and is a verification training expert. She also conducts operational and system assessments.

She has over 10 years of experience in serving customers by planning and implementing call center strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; managing staff. Ms. Thielke has extensive financial aid knowledge and technical experience in financial aid management systems to include Banner, PeopleSoft, and Datatel Colleague.
Melissa Sisco, Ed.D.VP, Technology
Melissa Sisco, Ed.D., VP of Technology – Dr. Sisco has been working in Higher Education for 12 years. In addition to her work as Associate Director for Financial Aid systems and Director of Financial Aid, she has worked as an analyst in Institutional Research and in Technology Services. read more… She specializes in financial aid systems, financial aid data analysis and reporting. Dr. Sisco is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, focusing in workforce development education. She also has a MA from Arkansas Tech University, with focus in College Student Personnel, and a BA from the University of Central Arkansas. She has advanced technical knowledge of Banner and Colleague systems along with working knowledge of other student and financial aid processing systems. She has implemented strategies for automation of financial aid processing, streamlined new aid year setup, and best practices for financial aid offices.

Mrs. Berner has a Master’s of Science degree from Keuka College and a Baccalaureate degree in Communications from Alfred University in New York. Mr. Hermsen has a Master’s of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a baccalaureate degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. He has held positions as Controller, Associate Director and Director of Financial Aid.
