The Communication Assistant process is completely electronic and easy to use. Our staff, many of whom have been in the financial aid field for 20 years or more and have been financial aid directors themselves, will personally answer phone calls from students. Access to student records allows our staff to investigate and respond to specific questions. All calls are fully documented.
The Communication Assistant provides a complete audit trail, including who answered the call, the date of call, and detailed notes of the conversation. In addition, there is a complete archival system so that staff can review calls online for each day, week, month or year.
