- Archival and historical/comparative purposes
- Individual users are given certain privileges such as uploading files and/or viewing report depending on the needs’, responsibilities', and school’s requests
- Users who view reports get an email alerting them that the reports are ready to be viewed approximately 24-36hrs after their file is uploaded, if the file is uploaded on their regular scheduled weekly day by 10:00 AM EST.
- ‘On demand’ reports are handled separately and have a longer turn-around time (2-4 days depending on nature of request)
