The Analyst creates a video record of the school’s policies and procedures, and in addition, provides schools with an in-depth review and assessment of their policies and procedures by our team of experienced consultants -- without bringing any consultants to the campus. The review is done via a web meeting. This saves both time and money while providing schools with a comprehensive review of their policies and procedures that may need attention. In addition, schools will get an archived video/audio recording of this in-depth review with an accompanying set of recommended strategies. And, schools may request a follow up analysis (The Analyst Progress Check) after implementing ProEd’s recommendations.
