PROED ANNOUNCES 3 NEW SERVICES: DIRECT LOAN, PELL & STATE AID RECONCILIATION!
ProEd is pleased to announce that beginning August 1, 2011, our services will include:
- Direct Loan Reconciliation
- Pell Grant Reconciliation
- State Aid Reconciliation
You can choose to participate in one, two or all three services! Our goal is to provide solutions to help reduce the burden on our financial aid colleagues. The addition of these new processes rounds out our complete set of high quality, speedy and affordable financial aid services.
Using ProEd’s proprietary software and secure web portal, ProEd will quickly and efficiently process reconciliation files from COD for DL and Pell as well as files from your state agency with the financial aid and business office data from your college or university.
Data files are easily and securely uploaded to our secure website – we do the rest!!
ProEd will prepare a series of reconciliation reports that will be readily made available to our college and university clients on our secure web site. We will schedule processing monthly for Direct Loans to coincide with the COD files and as often as needed for Pell and State Aid reconciliation.
An historical audit trail of previous reports is immediately accessible, including multiple award years simultaneously. Pell and state grant reconciliations can be scheduled as frequently as needed. Multiple state programs are a cinch to manage through ProEd’s secure web-based portal called: ProEd’s Aid Reconciliation system or “PAR.”
