2008 – current

  • Design strategic project plans, work with staff to implement new initiatives, and create project plans for company deployment of new initiatives;
  • Assist the President/CEO to ensure ECG deliverables are technically correct, supported with appropriate references, and meet the overall corporate requirements;
  • Develop training materials from review of HEOA, ECASLA, CCRAA, and NASFAA and ED webinars, and deploy to staff and clients using WebEx technology;
  • Functional lead on client training for usage of our secure client transfer site;
  • Team-lead for Operational Review work group, which developed a series of tools to improve client deliverables that included: reports, presentation materials, a work plan to deploy each Operational Review; processing workflows, timelines for deliverables, and more;

  • Management of the Financial Aid Office and its budget of approximately $21 million in federal, state, and institutional funding;
  • Re-development of all computerized systems and interfaces with other AMC business entities;

  • Management of all AMC loan and scholarship funds with the Albany Medical Center Finance Office;
  • Research and analysis of funding streams and cost analysis of all tuition and student aid revenue;
