Ms Gilroy is co-founder of ProEducation Solutions (ProEd). She is responsible for product development, marketing, publications and revenue management.

Experience:

• 02/01 - 08/01:
  Manager of Institutional Finance at the Education Investment Company, L.L.C. (EIC). Was responsible for assisting with product development, and the sales and marketing of the PACE program.
• 12/99 - 08/01:
  Director of Institutional Finance at the Educational Finance Group (EFG) and Academic Management Services (AMS) companies. Was responsible for assisting with product development, and the sales and marketing of the FOCUS program.
• 01/97 - 6/99:
  Director of Human Resources and Facilities Management at National Billing Exchange (NBE). Responsible for all matters related human resources and facilities.
• 02/96 - 08/96:
  Consultant to the Law School at Seton Hall University School of Law, NJ.
• 08/79 - 02/96:
  Director of Financial Aid at Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, NJ. Directed the Financial Aid Office.

Education:

Aida received a B.A. in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Seton Hall University. She received her M.Ed at Argosy University, Sarasota, FL in higher educational leadership.

Relevant Experience:

Ms. Gilroy has over 20 years of progressively responsible higher education experience. Has broad based experience in the administration of all federal and state financial aid programs pertaining to all levels of graduate and professional educational programs. Received a HR generalist certification and is practiced in the human resource sector. Has in-depth knowledge of student assistance policy development and operations at a private higher education institution.

She also gained extensive enrollment management experience in developing strategic plans for recruitment and retention within the context of a graduate and professional school setting.
