  • Thirty-four years of progressively responsible experience in Financial Aid, Admissions, and Recruitment and Graduate Placement.
  • Financial Aid experience as Director for the last 32 years includes policy development, implementation of financial aid software, financial aid system administration, implementing academic standards that met federal and state regulation, staff training, student counseling and interface with state and federal agencies. During this period, we met all audit and Federal Program Review standards. Served as national beta test site for The College Board in the implementation of MicroFaids (now PowerFaids), a comprehensive PC based financial aid system.
  • Admissions/Recruitment experience as Director of both Financial Aid and Admissions for 11 years. Responsible for all phases of admissions and recruitment. Initiated direct mail campaign, expanded recruiting, in partnership with publications revised all recruiting materials and redesigned the entry advisement and registration process. During tenure, FTE enrollment increased 30%.
