Experience:

  • 02/2001 - 08/2001:
    Vice President for Institutional Finance at the Education Investment Company, LLC. (EIC). Dr. Gilroy was responsible for product development, sales and marketing of PACE program and was one of the company’s founders.
  • 12/1999 - 08/2001:
    Vice President for Institutional Finance at the Educational Finance Group (EFG) and Academic Management Services (AMS) companies. Dr. Gilroy was responsible for product development, sales and marketing of the FOCUS program.
  • 02/1996 - 12/1999:
    Associate Vice President for Financial Aid at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Dr. Gilroy's primary responsibilities were centered on enrollment management issues, including admission and financial aid.
  • 10/1980 - 02/1996:
    Director of Financial Aid at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey campus at Newark. Directed the Financial Aid Office.
